DeNight Owl

For the seasons that are trying to define you

before you get a chance to see them differently.

DeNight Owl is a faith-based perspective ministry — giving language to the seasons you're still trying to understand, and opening your mind to possibilities you haven't considered yet.

BEFORE YOU EXPLORE

Where Does Your Story Begin?

Every season has a starting point. Mine started here - and led me to build this space for yours.

DENIGHT OWL

Every season has a language. Find yours.

Trauma, grief, identity, transition, relationships — every hard season looks different when you're willing to see it from another angle.

Start with what feels most true right now

01

Theme 01

What I'm Carrying

Trauma ~ Grief ~ Loss ~ Fatigue ~ Over-giving

"My heart is heavy and I can't explain it."

For when the weight of what you've been through hasn't lifted — and you need someone to sit in it with you before offering a different way to see it.

02

Theme 02

What I'm Waiting For

Singleness ~ Becoming ~ Transition ~ Relationships

"I'm in the middle of something I don't have the ending of yet."

For when you're between chapters — and the waiting is starting to feel louder than the promise.

03

Theme 03

Where God Is

Proximity ~ Spiritual Numbness ~ Scripture ~ Faith

"I'm still showing up...but my faith feels mediocre"

For when God feels harder to find than He used to be — and you want to see Scripture through fresh eyes again.

04

Theme 04

Who I Am

Identity ~ Purpose ~ Calling ~ Self-Perception ~ Becoming

“I know who I’ve been. I’m not sure who I’m becoming.”

For when you've outgrown one version of yourself but haven't yet found the language for who God is building you into.

"Not sure which one? The podcast moves across all four — you're always welcome to just press play."

WHO I AM

The Heart Behind
DeNight Owl

I've always been a night owl. Not just because I stay up late — but because the night is when everything gets quiet enough to finally see clearly.

I didn't always have language for what I was carrying. But after losing my mother, surviving a car accident, and waking up from a four-day coma asking God "Why me?" — and hearing that question flip to "Why not me?" — I realized that perspective is everything. It's what moves you from stuck to forward. From pain to purpose. From one fixed way of seeing to a whole new possibility.

That's what this space is for. Not answers. Not prescriptions. Just another angle — offered gently, from someone who's lived it.

Night tells me what Day forgets.

🎧 Podcast Series

Dear Future Husband

Letters written in a single season that gradually became less about who she was waiting for and more about who she was becoming. A perspective shift from "what do I want in a partner" to "who does God want me to be in a relationship?"

🎧 Podcast Series

Raw & Refined

Thinking out loud through different topics — not to arrive at conclusions, but to model what it looks like to hold a situation, turn it over, and consider it from more than one angle. An invitation to think alongside, not follow behind.

🎧 Podcast Series

Whispers From God

Familiar Bible stories read through fresh eyes — not as theology lessons, but as perspective openings. What does this story reveal when you see it differently? What has God been saying in passages you've passed over before?

03

🎧 Sermon Series

"I Saw You"

The sermon that started everything — and didn't fully reveal why until now. Fig tree moments with God: the hidden seasons where He saw you before you saw yourself. This is the origin of the entire DeNight Owl message, rooted in John 1:48 and in Nathifa's own hospital bed conversation with God.
